TV comedy Satisfaction starts shooting in Toronto

Production has started on a new comedy series that will premiere this summer on CTV.
Satisfaction stars Ryan Belleville (Going The Distance, The L.A Complex), Luke Macfarlane (Brothers & Sisters) and Leah Renee (The Playboy Club) as three friends who live together as they pursue dreams, share life crises and personal ambitions.
It’s created by Tim McAuliffe, who has written for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Up All Night and This Hour Has 22 Minutes. It’s being produced by DHX Media Ltd., in association with CTV and Lionsgate.
The series’ 13 half-hour episodes have begun shooting in and around Toronto.
Various directors with TV comedy experience will take turns helming Satisfaction, including Shawn Alex Thompson (Billable Hours), Jason Priestley (Call Me Fitz), Mike Clattenburg (Trailer Park Boys), James Dunnison (Less Than Kind), Steve Wright (Little Mosque on the Prairie) and Keith Samples (Mr. D).
