Join long time NABET member Katarina Chovanec for the day on July 15th for Period Hair: understanding the fundamentals of building period hair shapes.
In this course you will come away with a better understanding of:
- How to build the correct shape for period hair without too much fuss. Understand the principles behind the look without needing a lot of tools, building more with less in a timely manner.
- The fundamental building blocks that you can use on other styles, not necessarily period.
- Working with many types and lengths of hair, to create appropriate look for the period.
- Create a solid foundation of technical knowledge for yourself that you can call on in any situation.
- By taking this course, you will increase your marketability: now, you have tricks up your sleeve that will make you more employable for period work.
Please bring with you on the day:
- Water bottle; clips for pin curls; bobby pins; hair pins; combs; brushes; hair setting lotion; ribbons; Hot Sticks etc. and one model.
