New Ministry of Labour regulations require anyone working above 10 feet to have proper Working at Heights certification. This certification is required to be renewed every three years.
You MUST have valid Working at Heights certification in order to work above 10 feet!

Full Course Cost: $50 members/$80 permittees
NABET 700-M UNIFOR offers the updated renewal course required by the Ministry of Labour.
The objective of this training will be to update your skills regarding overall safety considerations when working at heights. Course content will include the following:
- Review of legislation and regulatory requirements
- Review of roles and responsibilities
- Safe Work Practices in Film and Television
- Ladder Safety, Scaffolds and Lifts
- Rescue Safety; Emergency Rescue plan
- Practical application
IF YOU ARE RE-CERTIFIYING, YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN WORKING AT HEIGHTS AFTER APRIL 1, 2015 IN ORDER TO TAKE THE RENEWAL COURSE!
IF YOU HAVE NEVER TAKEN WORKING AT HEIGHTS OR TOOK IT PRIOR TO APRIL 1, 2015, YOU MUST TAKE THE FULL COURSE TO GET CERTIFIED UNDER THE NEW STANDARDS OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK ABOVE 10 FEET
